WHO I AM:
My name is Eman. Married with three kids, two boys and one girl. I earned my Masters degree in the field of International Economics from California State University, Fullerton in 2005. I have decided to join the real estate field as it relates closely to what I have been learning during all my years of under graduate and post graduate studies, besides the fact that It gives me freedom to work at my own pace to allow me to give undivided attention to my kids and supervise them while growing up.

I help sellers achieve a maximum price through multiple offers without leaving any money on the table.
Maximizing profit comes after aligning the house price with the market and efficiently preparing and marketing their house to the international level to create demand which creates highest price.
I don't just take care of sellers but i also help buyers achieve their goals and yet stay within their budgets. Explaining the buying process and taking them hand in hand starting form locating the property, writing offers, opening escrow all the way until closing.
