Jodi brings a wealth of professional experience to her real estate career from the
banking, human resources, education, insurance, and non-profit industries. Her friends
characterize her as caring and empathetic. Jodi enjoys helping First Responders including military families and
veterans. She grew up a military “brat” and served beside her husband as a military
spouse for 23 years. Having moved 14 times in her adult life, she considers herself a professional mover and understands the military move and dynamic lifestyle. She earned her Military Relocation Specialist designation in April 2022. Additionally, Jodi has chosen to specializeing serving the 55 + Senior community with their diverse real estate needs. To better serve Seniors, she completed her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in
2021. As a Downsize Specialist, Jodi conducts Downsize Seminars as a public service to the community. Jodi has assembled an excellent team of partners to navigate these unique years
to include lenders, declutters, movers, financial and tax experts. She’s committed to
delivering an extraordinary customer experience and treating her clients as family. Jodi
and her husband Scott live in the historic district of Winchester, VA. In her free time Jodi
enjoys travel, walks in the neighborhood, gardening, wine tasting, coffee, bible study,
and family time with her four adult children. Jodi is licensed in VA & WV.
