My approach to real estate is a consultative one. Providing guidance, timely information & resources to clients allows them to make educated decisions. Understanding regulations, policies, trends & plans is a continual quest as I strive to become a better advisor.
To broaden that knowledge, I strongly feel that serving on various boards & committees at Local, State & National levels gives me an opportunity to learn first-hand of changes that will benefit clients past and present. In addition, I am a CCIM Candidate Member & a member of the REALTOR Land Institute.
Advocacy for common-sense regulations & policy is a passion of mine. When I'm not working on a property transaction for you, I am working behind the scenes protecting your rights as a private property owner. Through RPAC, NAR & the NM Farm Bureau I invest time & money in protecting or enhancing them.
