In 2014 Janet made the decision to take her drive and motivation to new heights with the opening of her own office Realty ONE Group Empire in Oak Hills California. With 3 real estate agents and a staff of 2 she opened the doors in December and has never looked back. Today due to her leadership tenacity and desire to always improve herself and those around her she has grown Realty ONE Group Empire to now operating out of two office locations having 48 licensed real estate agents a full administration staff and her own escrow company all while maintaining the intimate relationships she values with each and everyONE of her agents and clients she works with. In 2015 Janet formed the in-office charity ONE Love helping families during the holiday season have a Christmas they otherwise might not have had. As well she has partnered up with various lenders and agents in the office to help local hero's (police firefighters military teachers and nurses) in the purchase or sale of their home as a way of saying Thank You for the services they provide to the local community with the ONE Heart program.
