I have experience of many years working within the land development community. I have done everything from developing rural property, new construction, rehabbing and flipping homes, short term rentals including owning/operating a bed & breakfast, as well as historic preservation and restoration of historically sensitive properties. I have been lucky enough to receive awards from landmarks and historic preservation commissions. I spent several years as personal assistant to a land surveyor working with clients through all phases of the land use application process. I worked closely with commercial, residential developers, various city, county, and state planning/engineering departments. I decided to start a new adventure and move to Portland to be closer to my son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. I wanted to expand on my love of Real Estate by becoming a licensed real estate broker. My many years as a small business owner gives me the management and negotiating skills to take very good care of my clients whether they are buying or selling a home.
