My career is focused on all matters pertaining to real estate. In 1992 I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and thus began my career in South Florida as a Professional Interior Designer which lead to construction management and ultimately owning and running my own residential construction and design firm in California. I started traveling to the Prescott Area of Arizona in 2004 and became a full time resident in 2007 when I married my husband. When I relocated to Prescott I obtained my Arizona State - General Contractor's License and brought my Interior Design Firm to the area. In May of 2015; after 23+ years in the design and construction industry I felt it was time to expand my career further thus I obtained my Arizona Real Estate License. I knew that my expertise in design and construction would be an added benefit when working with buyers and sellers. In addition because of my experience in the "creation" of homes I bring a fresh edge and different concepts to clients who are looking to sell and/or purchase real estate vacant land an existing home or new construction. In September of 2017 I became the Director of the Prescott Luxury Home Tour. I recently obtained the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. In May of 2019 I obtained my Broker's License to broaden my knowledge in the industry. My experience dedication and professionalism has placed me as one of the Top Producers in my market. I find that my knack for communication combined with my passion and knowledge of Real Estate along with my 27 plus years as an Interior Designer and General Contractor creates a formula that outperforms and enhances the buyer and seller experience. I like to tell people that Real Estate is not simply my profession; it's my passion.
