One of my greatest strengths is negotiation-whether that means securing the right price, maximizing a seller's return, negotiating inspection items, or finding solutions when unexpected challenges arise. I work hard to protect my clients' interests while keeping the transaction moving toward a successful closing.
Real estate involves much more than finding a home or putting one on the market. I help coordinate the entire process, working alongside lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, builders, general contractors, and other professionals to help create a seamless transition from start to finish.
Communication is extremely important to me. I want my clients to understand what is happening, what comes next, and why, without feeling like they have to figure everything out themselves.
