Kurt Grosse has been in Las Vegas since 1988. He moved here to work as a structural engineer and operated his own consulting firm. He specialized in residential construction and has worked with most of the major builders in town. This unique perspective prepared him well when he decided to begin his real estate career 14 years ago in 1996. In addition to his engineering background he is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Over the years he has seen the ups and the downs of the valley's real estate marketplace. Because of this he is able to bring perspective to both his sellers and buyers.
